Winnie is about the sweetest dog on the planet, and has somehow managed to maintain the alpha bitch position in the house.  She hunts at a very close range, so close that I normally run her with Colt to help get her out a bit.  She steals his points, and retrieves sometimes.  It's bad form, but Colt doesn't seem to mind.

Well, it's about time.  Winnie came around in 2005 and started hunting like a champ.  She was consistently the most thorn torn and burr infested dog.  She still works too close for my taste, but just as a scalpel and a steak knife have two different tasks, so too do Winnie and Dove.  Little Winner is living up to the big name I put on her.
